Hi all. I’m not sure how adding a message board function will turn out but I thought I would give it a go. If you stumble across this section and want to stick around and see if a community forms then you’d be very welcome to drop a note and say hello! Share any suggestions you may have and of course if I can help you please let me know. The goal of creating the website was to create a one place with all the relevant PDF downloads and videos so that a sufferer would be able to wrap their head around the regimen and start it quicker than what it took me in terms of the “learning phase”.
